- Uncle Arthur was killed in Apr 1917 serving with Royal Fusiliers at Passchendaele.
- Uncle Frederick served with East Kents before being honourably discharged.

The single source of records so far indicates Aubrey served in N. Africa and Italy but doesnt give his Regiment. We do know most soldiers were in N. Africa 1943-44 and then Ital until the end of the war.
